One of the biggest pains with the Mac Lion operating system is its “feature” that re opens all windows / pages and applications that you had open in your previous session. So if you restart your mac BAM all your old history is slammed in your face. The web has solutions all over the place with scripts and mega multi step procedures that can eat up a few hours. Well here is your solution and it just takes a few clicks and you are done.
1. Hit system preferences
2. Click General
3. Put a Check on close windows when quitting applications.
Hope this helps you out. When I did a google search there was nothing bud outdated and 50 step processes that as you now see are totally un necessary.
