Ironman Locking Sit Up Inversion Table Review Atis 1000

But a pain in the butt to put together. I used to put together motorcycles and this thing takes some time and effort. About two hours, instructions are lacking. Heavy!!! and Sturdy for sure. Not much smaller when folded. It has alot of mass and will not fit under your bed due to the grip handle bars. GO SLOW with your inversion. You are pulling a bunch even though it might not feel like it. Too much and you will have a hard time removing yourself from it. Could be a good idea to keep a cell phone in your pocket 🙂

  • Combination inversion table and ab training system for reducing back stress
  • Durable oval tubing steel frame, heavy nylon backrest, and memory foam vinyl pillow
  • 10 different inversion locking angles; tough rubber non-skid floor stabilizers
  • Height-adjustable frame up to 6 feet 6 inches; supports up to 300 pounds
  • Folds for storage; measures 26 x 62 x 49 inches (W x H x D); weighs 76 pounds
